Welcome to our Appointment and Booking Policies page! Here, you'll find essential information regarding scheduling, cancellations, payments, and other important policies to ensure a seamless experience when booking and attending appointments with The Look Book Studios. Business Hours
Weekday Evenings: By request only for services lasting no more than 3.5 hours.
Saturday- Monday: Open. Appointments are available on these days, so please check the 'Book an Appointment' page for your desired service.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and must be submitted to secure your appointment. The remaining balance of your payment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept debit, cash, and Square payments.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, up to 48 hours in advance, and transfer your deposit to your new appointment. If you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook your appointment and submit a new deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
Appointment Day Etiquette
Please ensure punctuality. Appointments may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Please aim to be seated by your appointment time. Hairstyles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment. We kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you.
Location
Please note that our studio is situated in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. Due to various events in the area, we recommend arriving early to secure suitable parking. Parking prices are as listed Monday -Friday until 6 pm -$2.45 (1hr) $4.45 (2hrs). Parking is free after 6 pm and on weekends. I recommend using the electronic "park. mobile" app on the meter for prolonged services. Please know this is a secured facility and is only accessible to the public during business hours. Anytime after 6 pm will require you to give me a call.
Feeling Sick?
If you are feeling unwell (experiencing congestion, coughing, sneezing, etc.), we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Should you arrive at the appointment while unwell, it will be necessary to cancel your appointment, resulting in forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in rescheduling in advance.
Taking Ownership!
Please ensure you read the policy before booking. All payments, including your deposit, are final. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in indefinite blocking, and you will be charged the full price for the service.
